Statement of Purpose

Our purpose is to glorify the Trinity—Father, Son, and Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 10:31).

Our identity is that we are the bride of Messiah (Ephesians 5:23), the household of God, the church of the living God, the pillar and support of the truth that is in Jesus (1 Timothy 3:15-16).

Our mission is to make and multiply disciples of Jesus (Matthew 28:19-20) through equipping the saints for the work of the ministry, so that, by the enabling power of the Holy Spirit (Zechariah 4:6), every member of our church community attains to the unity of the faith, the knowledge of the Son of God, spiritual maturity, and the fulness of Messiah (Ephesians 4:12-13).

Our Core Doctrines Are:

The greatness and goodness of the one, true God, Yahweh (1 Timothy 2:15).

The full deity and humanity of the Lord Jesus Messiah (John 20:31).

The inspiration, inerrancy, sufficiency, and authority of the Bible (2 Timothy 3:16-17).

Salvation by grace alone through faith alone in Messiah Jesus alone (Ephesians 2:8-10).

The Biblical distinction between Israel and the church (Romans 11:25-26).

Our Core Values Are:

Community We are a loving, accepting, forgiving, intergenerational community.

Joy Because our hope is in Jesus, we have an optimistic outlook on the future.

Multiplication Our aim is not just to add disciples but to multiply them.

Involvement We expect each member to be involved and help share the load.

Simplicity We believe in a simple, efficient, decentralised structure.

Integrity Our leaders are expected to be men and women of integrity and godliness.
